The Trio
Oak, Belhaven Teal resin and slate — a travelling display for Tri Carragh, Edinburgh.

A whisky display that folds flat and packs into a carry case.
When Tri Carragh, independent whisky bottlers in Edinburgh, asked for a display for their bottles, the brief had to solve two problems at once: a genuine showpiece, and something that could travel to festivals without falling apart in transit.
Three bottles in oak, leaning back at 45 degrees in their own carved placements, against a backboard shaped to cradle the necks. A hand-poured Belhaven Teal river runs through base and backboard, and Tri Carragh's three-pillar logo is cut from slate, hand-shaped to match, and set into clear resin. One LED strip hides at the seam — lighting the logo and glowing up through the whisky itself.
The engineering is in what you don't see: three neodymium magnets join backboard to base, and a folding oak-and-resin strut, hinged in solid brass, locks in place by magnet. Take it apart, and it packs into a Peli case. It made its debut at the Linlithgow Whisky Festival, delivered the morning of the event.
“A true work of art. Absolutely beautifully hand crafted from scratch… painstakingly carved to specifically fit our bottles… If you're looking for something like this yourself — you will not be disappointed.”

Lunasea 🌊
Cherry, seafoam resin and a Scottish coastline — for MacLean & Bruce.

From a cherry tree in my parents' East Lothian garden — felled, milled, seasoned and shaped entirely by hand — to the deck of a private yacht.
A bespoke cherry serving board with a hand-poured seafoam resin wave, carved and resin-filled lettering, and a finish that brings the grain of this beautiful timber fully to life. Commissioned by the wonderful team at MacLean & Bruce — Scotland's premier luxury whisky travel experience — as a gift for one of their most special guests. Vikki required certain specifications, but allowed me full artistic licence, and I hope the piece reflects the trust that came with that.
It made its debut at a beach bonfire on the Scottish coast before finding its place on the water. There's something that genuinely moves me about that — a piece born from Scotland's coastline, ending up on it. Lunasea is signed, numbered, and one of one. The design retires now that it has found its home.
